History: Kaori is a top secret military project to make the super solder they failed to with the Yz8 chemical. But with Kaori tested positive where they failed they made a one man army the only problem is that he took over what was left of the governments army and is now in full control of what was the us the japans and the Russian army he has strongholds in New York Moscow and Tokyo. He is looking to take this city and make a new stronghold here as well in his mission to clean the world of all non human races he has made few exceptions on some of the races but he is all most all ways sentencing them to extension to preserve the human race. He was one of the first to come out of the many bonkers the governments hid in to escape the outbreak but when he came out he quickly took control of the forces uniting all the countries force to fight under him or die few opposed him for they did not have the strength to combat him. He now leads a group of highly specialized men and women called silver-light they are here to take back the city and save humanity and little seems to stand up to there shear might.
